BOOK REVIEW OF ââ¬Å"THE SEVEN LAWS OF THE LEARNER: HOW TO TEACH ALMOST ANYTHING TO PRACTICALLY ANYONEâ⬠BY BRUCE WILKINSON Presented to Stephen Gunn, M. Div. for RLGN 330-B04 LUO Principles and Practice of Teaching the Bible by Terrell Harrison July 1, 2016 2016 RLGN 330-B04 LUO July 1, 2016 Summary It is quit fascinating to see a writer so humble in the introducing of his own book. Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come!2 It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.3 Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.4 And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him. It is here the teacher sees what it means to be a teacher. By willing to be a learner themselves in the error of their ways. Bruce Wilkison under the convection of the Holy Spirit admits that in the beginning of his teaching career he himself was ââ¬Å"Incredibly wrong and Tragically misdirected.â⬠Is this not what the Great Commission is about when Jesus gave unto His disciples, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to everyShow MoreRelatedThe Seven Laws Of Teaching By John Milton Gregory704 Words à |à 3 PagesRThe Seven Laws of Teaching expounds on the rules and principles of teaching.
